Distillations: every year, between October and November; discontinuos low pressure distillation system with copper stills operating with steam.

Ageing: one year in big oak barrels.

• Scent: classy, delicate with typical hints of its own wine grape variety;
• Taste: averagely dry, fine, smooth, persistent aftertaste.

Food pairing: dark chocolate and toasted hazelnuts
